Amafunguro 6 yihariye amahitamo ashobora kuryoshya weekend y’umuryango wawe

 


Muri kino gihe, weekend isigaye ari cyo gihe cyonyine imiryango myinshi ibonera umwanya wo gutuza, ikaganira, kandi igasangira ifunguro ritunganyijwe neza nta guhubuka.

1. Umuceri n’Inyama z’Inka z’Imisoso (Beef Stew) 

Iri ni ifunguro ryamamaye kandi rihora rigezweho mu ngo zose. Ibanga ryo kuryoshya inyama z’inka ni ukuziteka ku muriro muke kugeza igihe zorohereye neza kandi zikizajyamo ibirungo. Gushyiramo ibirayi, karoti, ibitunguru na tungurusumu bituma umuryango ugubwa neza ukumva uri mu rugo nyarwanda.

2. Inkoko yokeje (Grilled Chicken) n’Imboga 

Niba ushaka amafunguro ataremereye cyane ariko aryoshe, inkoko yokeje ni amahitamo meza. Shira ibirungo, indimu n'utuvuta duke ku nkoko, ubundi uyotse (cyangwa uyishire mu ifuru) kugeza ihinduye ibara ikaba imisoso. 

Ushobora kuyiherekesha imboga nk'amashu (cabbage), karoti n’izindi mu rwego rwo kugira isahani ishimishije kandi ifite intungamubiri.

3. Ibitoki (Matoke) n’Ikinyiga/ Ubunyobwa (Groundnut Sauce) 

Iri ni ifunguro ry’umuco rizana ubushyuhe ku meza. Ibitoki byoroshye bitetswe neza birangije bitabwaho n'isosi y'ibitonore n’ubunyobwa, bitanga uruvange ruryoshe cyane. Ushobora gushyiramo inyama z'inka cyangwa amafi kugira ngo ubyongerere intungamubiri.

4. Sipageti n’Inyama ziseye (Minced Meat Sauce) 

Ifunguro ryoroshye, ryihuta kandi rikundwa n’bantu bose, by'umwihariko abana. Teka sipageti kugeza zizindutse neza, hanyuma utegure isosi y’inyama ziseye zivanze n'inyanya, ibitunguru n'ibirungo. Ni ryiza cyane mu ngo zirimo abana kuko ryoroha kurya no kugabura.

5. Ifi ikaranze n'Ubugari cyangwa Ibirayi 

Ifi nshya ikaranze neza kugeza ihiye neza ni ryo funguro ry'ikiruhuko mu ngo zinyuranye. Yihe ibirungo bihagije, uyikarange, ubundi uyiherekeshe ubugari cyangwa ibirayi bitetse. Shira ku ruhande dodo cyangwa salade kugira ngo ifunguro ryuzuye.

6. Umuceri w’Imboga (Pilau cyangwa Plain) 

Umuceri uvanze n’imboga (nk'amashaza, amakaroti, n'izindi) urahendutse kandi uraryoha. Niba ushaka ko urushaho kuryoha, utemo ibirungo bya Pilau nka Kinamoni (cinnamon) na Kakwasi (cardamom) kugira ngo ugire impumuro n'icyanga byihariye.
